We designed RazorBuilder for site teams. We take care to process project and account data responsibly while operating a practical SaaS product.
Information we collect

- Account details: name, email, phone (if provided), company or site name, role, and authentication data.
- Billing details: plan selection, payment references, and invoices processed through our payment providers.
- Project and workspace content: projects, BOQs, estimates, timelines, materials, reports, media, comments, and team memberships you create or upload.
- Usage and device data: log data, IP address, browser/app type, approximate location derived from IP, feature usage, and diagnostic events.
- Communications: messages you send via support, contact forms, or email.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, secure, and improve the Service.
- Authenticate users and manage workspace permissions.
- Process subscriptions, credits, and invoices.
- Deliver AI-assisted features you request (for example analysis or estimates).
- Send transactional notices (security alerts, billing, product changes).
- Respond to support requests and investigate abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
AI processing
When you use AI features, relevant inputs (such as images, text, or project context you select) may be sent to our AI providers to generate outputs. We use these providers as processors to deliver the feature you requested.
Do not submit sensitive personal data into AI tools unless necessary for your workflow. You remain responsible for what your team uploads.
International transfers
RazorBuilder may process data in Nigeria and in other countries where our infrastructure or vendors operate. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take steps designed to provide appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.
Retention
We retain account and project data for as long as your workspace remains active and as needed to provide the Service. After deletion or account closure, we may retain limited information for backups, dispute resolution, security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance for a reasonable period.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls and encrypted connections where appropriate. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
You can update many account details in settings. For other requests, email hello@razorbuilder.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
You may unsubscribe from non-essential marketing emails using the link in those messages. Transactional and security emails may still be sent.
Children
The Service is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-product notice when appropriate.
